EFI has released its MarketDirect customer engagement software for the planning, management, and execution of communications and marketing programs. The software allows users to develop, distribute, and track customer communications for loyalty programs, offers, newsletters, surveys, and communications. EFI reports the software includes updated cross-media/multichannel technologies that build on the company’s DirectSmile platform to deliver lead generation, new customer acquisition, prospecting, and more. The software is available as a standalone application or paired with EFI’s web-to-print offerings.
Additional features include the company’s SmartCampaign design tool, an automated campaign creation feature, and drag-and-drop tools.
